Consider this for a moment if you will…

Briefly I thought about snagging the video for republishing in the case that the Muslims could actually succeed in having the video restricted from publication throughout the western world by threatening violence on the backbone providers of the Internet. I figured I could make it available until a) my maximum bandwidth was exceeded, or b) my service provider took it down.

First of all the premise itself proves we have a problem. When was the last time anyone had the power to establish and maintain any type of media blockage in the the US? Especially in the Internet Age. If the Muslims already have the power to control our media I’d say we have a big problem. A big problem of an unfriendly nature.

So after briefly thinking about providing the video I thought, wait a minute. I’ve lived in the same house for thirteen years and I have two young daughters. The last thing I need is some crazies coming over here and bombing my house in the name of ah la.

Let that sink in for a moment. I live in bumfuck USA. Am I just being paranoid? If the Muslims had succeeded in blocking the video from all the major distribution centers, would YOU host Fitna on your personal site?

Think about it. If broadcasting Fitna would give you pause for your safety, that is the enemies of freedom and liberty winning the war.

What’s with these guys?

The controversial anti-Muslim film by Dutch right-wing politician Geert Wilders has been removed from the Web by its British Internet provider, which said its employees have been seriously threatened.

“Following threats to our staff of a very serious nature and some ill-informed reports from certain corners of the British media that could directly lead to the harm of some of our staff, LiveLeak.com has been left with no other choice but to remove ‘Fitna’ from our servers,” the company said.

We are doomed. What kind of pansy-assed world do we live in? If the threats are serious then removing the film probably wont matter. These are crazy lunatics with whom we are dealing. Didn’t they even watch the fucking film before putting it up?

We learned nothing in WWI; thus WWII. We learned nothing in WWII; thus the cold war. We learned nothing in the cold war; thus the war on terror. We’ve been lucky so far in that we have come out on top in all our major conflicts. Maybe we wont always be so lucky. Maybe we should not be basing our policy decisions as if our victory is the inevitable outcome.

If I were president, I’d make Wilders ‘Fitna’ available on Whitehouse.gov and have it broadcast hourly on Radio Free Europe. When all the enemy agents here and abroad — including many who serve in our government — start to bitch and complain, whine, and threaten, I’d offer equal time to them for rebuttal. Best I can do. Fitna stays.

If violent, yet peaceful Muslims attack us for exercising our God-given right of free speech, we must then defend ourselves aggressively, up to and including killing a shit load of “innocent” Muslims if need be. To question whether it is right or wrong to do so is to question whether it is right or wrong to have an inalienable right to free speech. If the Muslims are willing to kill to prevent free speech, freedom loving people of the world had damn well be ready to kill to keep it.

The basic concept of free speech is that it does not matter if the Muslims are offended. The whole crux of free speech is that someone has the right to offend someone else with words. In a civilized society, being offended is not an excuse for committing violence. If you don’t believe me, go up to Wal-Mart and slap the shit out of the first asshole you hear say something stupid and see what happens to you.

It is a primary purpose of the government to protect the individual’s rights as enumerated in the first ten amendments to the US Constitution. Failure to protect those rights amounts to the government’s failure to uphold and defend the constitution, their sworn duty. Every time we fail to protect free speech in the face of violent threats, it is a victory for those who want to enslave us to their barbarian ideology.

As all reasonable people know, the whole story line that the vast majority of Muslims are peaceful is total and complete bullshit. The vast majority of Muslims may be ideological slaves, but a slave with a gun trying to kill you still has to be dealt with.

The “peaceful Muslims” line makes about as much sense as saying that the vast majority of Nazi’s were peaceful Germans who had no say or control over what Hitler was doing so therefore we better not say anything bad about Nazi’s as it might offend them.

Even if you honestly believe this will make anything better, you are part of the problem.

I am thinking about finally making the change over to cellular only. For what we are getting from AT&T residential service at over a hundred bucks a month — which I think would only be about $60 if AT&T could just manage to get my bill correct — me and the wife could both have a nice smartphone, like a crackberry, with our own number, email… the whole ball of wax. This seems to be a good idea if for no other reason than I wont have to deal with AT&T about fixing my bill.

On the off chance that this post wasn’t servile enough, I want to take this opportunity to apologize personally to Ace of Spades, 2007 Conservative Blogger of the Year, for any implication or inference by OldPunk that Ace is somehow an ambitious, illiterate, sex-pandering, gay wannabe, one-joke practitioner of blogorrhea, meaning the nonstop posting of absolutely nothing just because the topic happens to be in the news and maybe we can dig up a mildly related old YouTube video that has tits and ass to boot.

I remember when Ace was just getting started it seemed he was forever humping Glenn’s leg like a little dog in hopes of a link. Coming from someone as sophomoric as Ace I was quite surprised that such a strategy would work with Glenn. So here we are four years later, Ace is conservative blogger of the year and has 21 million hits while I am hoping to reach 100K by the end of the year and have but a handful of people who link to my site (thank you all.) Thanks be to God for Google and the other search engines that apply a less personality and ego based objectivity when searching out relative content.

What really pisses me off is that so many of the blogs in “The Blogrolls” of almost every ‘A’ site are dead links. Anyone who knows anything about lists is that lists require management. The longer the list, the more list management required. The A-Listers would rather have a dead link than to color OUTSIDE THE FUCKING LINES.

Here’s the dirty secret all of us know and no one will admit to. There ARE niggers. Black people know it. White people know it. And only black people are allowed to notice and pronounce the truth of it. Which would be fine. Except that black people are not a community but a political party. They can squabble with each other in caucus but they absolutely refuse to speak the truth in public. And this is the single biggest obstacle to healing the racial divide in this country. The biggest impediment is the doubt created in each and every non-black American by the clannish, tribalist, irrational defense of every low act committed by any black person. If you’re offended when Republicans defend Richard Nixon or when Democrats defend Chuck Schumer, imagine what it’s like when black people swarm the streets to defend Jeremiah Wright.
